What DropKB is
DropKB is a tool that compresses images inside your web browser. Using it means you agree to these terms.
Your images
They stay yours. We never receive them, so we claim no rights over them and take no responsibility for their contents. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you compress.
Because compression is lossy, the output is not identical to the input. Check the result with the before/after slider and keep your originals. We are not liable for a compressed file that did not suit your purpose.
Accounts
Sign-in is through Google and is only needed to manage a Pro plan. Keep your Google account secure; anyone who can sign in as you can manage your plan.
Pro subscription and billing
- Pro costs ₹199 per month and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not take back time you have paid for.
- Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.
Refunds
If Pro did not work as described, email hello@dropkb.com within 7 days of a charge and we will refund it. Refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.
We do not refund a month you used and then decided you no longer needed — cancel instead, and Pro runs out at the end of the period.
Fair use
Do not use DropKB to break the law, and do not try to disrupt the service for other people. We may suspend an account that does either.
Availability and liability
DropKB is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Since compression happens on your device, an outage of our servers does not delete or damage anything of yours.
